With a more powerful engine, the MINI model offers faster performance. In fact, it lets you reach 100 km/h in a mere 5.1 seconds, so get ready to see some white knuckles. The XC40 has less power to offer. Because of this, it will take you longer to reach 60 MPH at 6.1 seconds.
Though the 2023 MINI Cooper Countryman and the Volvo XC40 are both smaller SUVs, they offer surprisingly spacious interiors to accommodate both you and your passengers on your on-road travels.
Smaller SUVs like the MINI Cooper Countryman and the Volvo XC40 give you the best of both worlds. Each one can seat up to five inside, but when it comes to head- and legroom, there are some notable differences. You and your front passenger can easily stretch out thanks to 1,020 millimetres (40.2 inches) of headroom in the MINI Cooper Countryman SUV.
From highway drives to city streets, you’ll need a model that can do it all. Both the MINI Cooper Countryman and the Volvo XC40 are on the smaller side, which may help when you’re driving down tight streets. In comparison, the Volvo XC40 will take up more room with a length of 4,440 millimetres (174.8 inches) and a width of 1,863 millimetres (73.3 inches).
